Hello.

There is new security type in your device, You need to use (install) the latest Software version v.2.8.9.7 from the Support Area (here is direct link for You: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Rg...RZkVLoaDAgJmkG). "Unlock" operation for devices with new security is server based and requires 50 Octoplus Server Credits. You can buy Octopus/Octoplus Server Credits from your local reseller or directly HERE. You will get Username, Password and Credits on your account.

To unlock the device do the following:

1. Reboot the device.
2. Run Software.
3. Select (check) "Skip Read/Write QCN..." option in Software.
4. Perform the "Unlock" operation.
