Hello mate , yes you emmc has lived its days ;-P but my friend you can give it a try by creating zero partition and see if it kicks back to life else you have to replace it.
First of All back up your security partitions (read everything except the big parts like system user data and vendor etc. Also create 512 mb dump of rom 1 along with rom 2&3 of your emmc .
2- Factory reset your emmc / erase all roms
3- Create zero gp partitions in emmc tools section under tool tabs
4- Check if Bad health is gone , if it’s still there then you need to replace else you can write fresh new dump (if it’s available else you can also use the dump which you took)
5- Restore your security files which you backed up.
6- Flash stock rom and your device shall come to life again. (But for a short period of time only , it’s long life cannot be guaranteed)
