Please, download and install latest test Software v. 3.1.6.01 from Support Area
(Path:/SOFTWARE/Octoplus LG/TEST SOFTWARE/install_octoplus_octopus_LG_3.1.6.01.exe)
Then repeat operation once again and post here results. We will check it.
