| Hi there. I'm the guy trying to trying to change the startup message on the a300's. I can do it at the moment by writing a uk/sim free eeprom via the chip inside the phone.
I need to do this by a cable connection, and ideally without having to read the eeprom first.
Is there an address in the eeprom that I can write to directly and quickly to change a start up logo back to "GSM" without taking the phone apart and without changing the imei?
I have a samsung electronics sgh-1 100/m100 test jig (gh80-00161a) ... I have ponyprog2000 ... I have samsung toolbox for gsm engineers ver 4.0 ... And still I' getting no where (fast). I can't get the jig to work with anything ... or even the toolbox software to work with anything. The only thing that works is ponyprog... but as i said earlier I dont want to take the phones apart.
Can anyone help?
