On the align screen you have a cross.You have to tap in the middle of the cross,then it moves to the corners,allways in the middle of the cross.If you were not too accurate,then calibration will restart.If you dont have hardware problem with your touchscreen,then it has to work,but sometimes an area is damaged(not visibly) and you stuck on align screen.
So I think you have to change your touchscreen.
Tip:there are service programs to skip the calibration screen,you can use your pda after that normally(because the icons are bigger than 1 pixel).It's a cost-effective solution.Don't ask me for the program,I have never used it,just heard about this solution.
