I have solved problem yesterday just forgot to post. Phone was v50 F0.14.04 downgraded to 10.81.
Here what I have done:
Fullflash from TP.
IMEI became 000000000000
Change imei in pemasetr.
IMEI became 0xxxxxxxxxxxx
Test card to phone then power on.
Read flex.
Manualy edit flex file to put correct imei in it.
Flex phone.
On phone press # (test) then 57# then power off/on
Now IMEI is correct.
Pemaster writes 00 40 to the beginig of SEEM 000C:01 however ir should write 08 4A or it just skips first two bytes.
I tried manualy editing flex elier but without test card and 57# and after power off/on IMEI always returned to 0000000.
I still doubt whether pemaster 2.10 cracked can change IMEI correctly.
Anyway thanks everyone for help.
ps: may be my way will be usefull for someone.
