Guys this problem is in the drivers that you use. Go to program files, sarasoft, usb drivers, copy the ufs drivers here and paste to c:windows system 32. If it ask to overwrite say yes. Do this while dctxbb5 is closed. Then restart program, no need to restart pc. It should work fine. If problem persist pm me or email at
