when i try to open dctxbb5 tools 2.0.8.0 i have this message bed environement1 bad library clean syeteme from obsolete driver and when i try to ubdate hwk i have same error please help i spend many time to install

try to update your driver. or try to uninstall old driver then install the newer driver. k

you need to reinstall windows to get good regester file

download FTD clean, clean your drivers and restart windows.
install newest usb_Ufs driver.

1delet ufs software completly
2clean recent+%temp%+Prefetch from any files
3 restar your pc
4 say thank u if its good.i have the same problm solved in this way %100

Yes, I did sort out the problem in the same way.. just proceded in this mode:
uninstall ftdi drivers with FTDIuni
Uninstall the main suite
Uninstall the setup/service suite
reboot
Install again

Guys this problem is in the drivers that you use. Go to program files, sarasoft, usb drivers, copy the ufs drivers here and paste to c:windows system 32. If it ask to overwrite say yes. Do this while dctxbb5 is closed. Then restart program, no need to restart pc. It should work fine. If problem persist pm me or email at [email protected], i will send you the latest drivers for 2.0.8. Remember to press thank you if this post helps you.

This is a good start ! You have to remove from your system the old one and say to him to re install from the update suite(ufsxxx.dll) But it works !
