| Try this: Take out the battery for a minute and then put it back, then press the Left and Right soft keys (the ones that look like a dash above the call and hang up buttons) at the same time, hold, and softly push the Reset button on the left? side of the device. Keep holding the SoftKeys until a confirmation message appears or the device boots up differently. |
