i-mate ultimate 9502 hard reset key combination required urgently.....need to remove user password...plz help

Try this: Take out the battery for a minute and then put it back, then press the Left and Right soft keys (the ones that look like a dash above the call and hang up buttons) at the same time, hold, and softly push the Reset button on the left? side of the device. Keep holding the SoftKeys until a confirmation message appears or the device boots up differently.

Power off mode, press VOLUME UP and POWER BUTTON at the same time. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the phone. The phone will restart after it has been reset

no it didnt helped.please suggest some more combinations

softway has already provided u the correct hard reset keys.

i got perfect keys for it because above combination does not work

the real combination is phone must be on fn(blue colour ) bottom left key in internal keyboard key + call key (green one) + reset button

i have imate ultimate9502 his problem is no window programs open only give messag ur programs may not be able to stard i try to reset for soft key but set is dont reset plece give me advs

this solution hard resets the phone......................test nd reply
