Hints

Lower heater = fast re flow for 3 minutes before you put the JIG in the holder
upper heater in reflow level 2 for 1 minutes
upper heater in reflow level 4 for 2 minutes
Do not wait the balls to get complete re flow you will heat the IC again when you will solder it back to board
