ok, problem solved
applying a little hotair on pcb solved the problem
i have wrote the gdf, asuming it was the software problem now mmc's are formated and 0 data in it, only a single bell in the phone, no pics, and etc. but all other things and phone is working fine.
please tell me which kind of gdf will restore this all stuff
