you have to follow 2 rules when soldering wires to PCB.
rule number 1: never forget Ground wire. Box RJ45 pin 8 must be connected with phone grounded part.
rule number 2: Tx pin must be connected with pin 3, Rx with pin 2 of RJ45.
in other words: box Tx must be connected with phone Rx, and otherwise box Rx with box Tx |
