when i try to update fenix key fenix reader service , it stop at 3%, and this is the log:

Firmware update process started
Downloading core image, this may take few minutes...
Could not connect to the remote server
Job finished with errors!

version of Fenix reader is 1.0.1

please i need help, i have 2 keys with the same problem
