Flashing is not supported for OT-4030D phone model by SigmaKey, at the moment.
Alcatel OT-4030 as other supported MTK Alcatel Smartphones based on the MT657x/6589 CPUs is supported for Calculate Unlock Code by IMEI operation, as for now.

P.S. In order to be able to check what phone models and operations for them are already supported refer to this link.
