@ dindincpr,

Flashing is not supported for OT-4030D phone model by SigmaKey, at the moment.
Alcatel OT-4030 as other supported MTK Alcatel Smartphones based on the MT657x/6589 CPUs is supported for Calculate Unlock Code by IMEI operation, as for now.

P.S. In order to be able to check what phone models and operations for them are already supported refer to this link.

Best Regards
GSMServer team

dindincpr, have you tried repeating the operation once again with the official firmware upgrader?
Couple basic tips of advice: fully charge the battery, connect phone to USB port placed on the back side of PC (motherboard's USB port), avoid hubs; close all the side programs, that may interfere with the phone.

Yes Sir, ive'd tried the operation Using The Upgrader From Alcatel Site itself. Unfortunately, all tries are Failed. It just keep Saying that Wrong Phone Brand Selected though i've choose the right Brand.

Fully Charge Battery and Directly Connected to USB Port Sir.

If you are a 100 percent sure that you are using the correct firmware upgrader and it refuses to flash this phone, then you may also flash this device using SP Flash Tool.
