No blocks on you on our side, therefore problem somewhere on yours. Disconnect modem/router if there is any connected for unlock, Try disabling firewall and antivirus software temporary while trying to log in/unlock. Connection won't work if you use proxy or connect from VPN. If none of these things helped then only using different internet connection method may help.

How and why is it?
Honestly I have done anything wrong, what software can do it? Kaspersky can block connection? I haven't got any other monitoring. I was reading abut it. Sharing USB? I don't share any USB connections, never, please help.

Won't be able t confirm, if you are using this tool on work computer with all sorts of softwares installed then only using from another machine could help you.

Is it blocked just now? I have not used any USB sharing etc, I have checked now running services, and only suspicious I can see: ModemListener.exe
which really not sure yet which app is causing it.

I was in process of unlock Huawei E585, not sure how to unlock it as when connected by usb, it takes over my network card, in result I'm connected to WiFi but OFFLINE, as my Windows7 is trying to connect to websites via connected Huawei E585 in result I cannot unlock it anyway as "error server" in DC-Unlocked, no connection to server after few seconds...
