Hello support, I need your help. I was traying to unlock a modem devices but now my dongle is bloked. Could you help me please?

If you do not have anywhere saved your dongle id/sn then write us email to which it is registered to.

If you still getting blocked then your problem same as below, need to locate and delete service/software that provides usb sharing/scanning services on pc.

Your computer runs usb activity scanning/sharing service, therefore you got blocked. You must remove such service/software from computer before using DC-unlocker otherwise you will get blocked again.
Block now removed. If you do not know what service/software on your machine causes this then can suggest only to use dc-unlocker from another pc. Note: receiving multiple blocks for same reason may end up with a permanent block.

ok thanks i think its the flexi hub software causing my problem

after uninstall all is good
