When Tried To Write

Huawei_E8231_Firmware_22.618.13.01.274_SIGNVER.dgt ks

With HuaweiHiSiliconFirmwareWriter_v26

Strange Thing Is For Me That Firmware Writing Not Started
But Modem Bricked
Is There Any Solution To Come Out From Flashing Mode?
Or Any Stock/Signed Firmware Available To Revive This Modem?

Only flashing stock that was originally in device prior to bricking it. Flashing is as dangerious as it can be, expecially when flashing different versions than one that is in device. You can always provide us firmware info of device and we will check if it can be flashed or not to avoid this.
