You can use it? the must pay again somewhere? I went to use it and tells me Wrong username or password!

Yes, ISP change is ok, only important you use software from same computer.

Hi, i bought credits to remove frp to mate 9 (MHA-L09), put in fastboot mode (shows the android and the phrase "Phone Locked") scan port and autodetect the phone, all fine and correct, then press erase FRP button, and the process finish ok, phone shows for 1 second in red "PHONE UNLOCKED", the phone reboot and begins the wipe and erase format, but finish the proces and the phone now shows only the three virtual button typical the android and the rest of lcd is in black, ???, reboot again in fastboot and the phone says "Phone Locked", any solution...

Repair/unlock service provided by hcu client software is paid. Service prices are provided in credits needed for each operation.
I need extra paid if i buy licence for 2 years? (104.99 USD) i need credits? Please explain this.

What you mean is working? This phone was asking enter google account at startup or was just fastboot ?
