HCU doesn't detect RNE-L21 in COM port mode - GSM-Forum

I got this phone for repair (it has unlocked bootloader and custom firmware on board and doesnt start properly, no e-recovery etc). I made TP and connect it to the software, here is the log:

No response!

I gonna make repair phone as emty board, so what could be the problem?

So if it can not boot up normally why are you using HCU? Repair starts from DC-phoenix, and only if device boots up into homescreen you use HCU.

Sorry, my fault.

After flashing with board firmware phone has been repaired with HCU.
