hi i have a Problem
have here a mate 20 pro wich have not all Options in recovery anymor
so usb and sd/otg update is missing
and it Always boots into this "mini" recovery

if i start phone into fasboot mode it alsoo Show me only PHONE locked

i know ist FRP locked but doesnt matter not Need to unlock it

when i start the update then fastboot cant boot into usb recovery and Show me
error! func no : 11 (recovery image) error no : 2 (load failed)

is there any way to bring phone back to life..
i have not so much experience with Huawei
also i cant find files for the 10.0.0.180 C432 HW_eu Firmware
may anybody can help me please

use tp point first try put phone in update mod wolumen up and down insert usb

yes this i see all
but not find nv/board software when hit the downloadbutton in phoenix....
og my *** this phone will kill me

ok i see now the picture for lyaya_lya_Mate20_Pro not match the backside of the phone...
i didnt open the phone rigth now cu on the tp pic is other model (with the cameras on the side not in the middle like the phone here)
so also not have a testpoint...
i am sorry for this...so no way to repair this phone

i searched now 2hours for a boardsoftware for the phone...cant find anyone

Today all box not supported 980 kirin via testpoint . Its not possible
Step 1. Needed more info via fastboot about phone ( build )
I think you have china region ( fastboot just shows PHONE LOCK, or and FRP LOCK
Step 2. Plz upload log

alaways when should go in update mode its not possible when it should go in upgrade mode

than on fastboot write me

func no : 11 (recovery image)
func no : 3 (failed load)

if i want post a log it says not possible to post a link cuz i have to less posts
but i do it as normal text

and phone is region hw_eu c432
so it not china version

it stops working while update starts normal...and now cant boot in usb upgrademode anymore

this is the big problem...firmware is broken

this is the big problem...firmware is broken

Board software won't work on it. Must start flash in fastboot with rescue recovery selected. For this method you should use same customization firmware as one that runs in mobile.

when i go into fastboot
before it shows phone locked and FRP locked

after update breaks it only show me phone locked

so i boot in fastboot
i load the update app (main, preload, cust)
rescue recovery is selected

than i start to update

Looking for device in upgrade mode
than do nothing anymore

Process was cancelled by user
Enter recovery mode FAIL

Cannot enter in Recovey mode

was caneld cuz phone not boot in upgrade mode only show me this when it should go in upgrade mode

It doesn't go into upgrade mode manually? Turned off, hold both vol buttons and connect to usb?

It is very unlikely to happen, but then your phone could not be flashed using this method.
