but I can write with DC_Phoenix_v79 becouse is OTA

Can I extract something from ota flash with fastboot then flash full OTA from SD-card

After repair with HCU all you need to do is to flash full stock rom and update data customization file, can be done from sd card too.

Do I need unlock bootloader for downgrade?

After one more time with HCU repair I flash full stock from sd card.

Now I have google. But I do not now how to update data customization file, and I do not now where to download this file.

If there wasn't data customization file in pack you won't need it. Or it doesn;t have it at all.
