Mate 10 DC Phoenix Board DGTKS update problem - GSM-Forum

Hello. I hawe a problem with fully bricked Mate 10. PC detect USB COM1 drivers is works correctly. In V 52 DC Phoenix if tray update in advanced mode ALP-AL00 Board.dgtks, dc phoenix gives me anytime Error:

Device detected:
COM4: HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 (COM4)

Writing bootloader...
Error writing Bootloader
Writind device finished - INCOMPLETED

Can you check pleas, maybe yours server not work, or some more problem?

dgtks its repair firmware with "USB HUAWEI" port ?

i am also facing the same problem. still waiting for the solution by the DC Unlocker team. they should be serious to rectify this issue as plenty of their customers are facing this issue.

I already know 3 persons who from an insertion 134 have made have downgrade . received a brick.

i know more than 3 who are stuck on same problem. there is no solution for this problem by the DC team.

Hi. No news.. The problem still actual for today. Only thing, what we can do...wait some updated DC Phoenix to fix it. How long time, realy i dont know...
I replaced my bricked Mate 10 to P10 for this waiting time

I was talking about the update of DC Phoenix, i have shared the details with Namelocked (Product Supporter) but still no positive response by him

Testppint or only visible COM1 on PC device manager, that is no difference. The problem stays same... i think we cant do nothing at this moment. Must only wait next DC phoenix update, and hope to fix after program changes
