Hi, when i try to unlock the bootloader via TP its not working on these 2 devices that i have, I've tried all the different bootloader versions that you have for the chipsets but nothing is working. Br,

We do not have such service to unlock bootloader via tp or any other method. Especially not for Mate 20 pro which is not supported.
