Netgear Mr6500 Repair Imei error after Hard Reset

Hi, i have DC Unlocker Virtual,
i bought Credits From you,
i spent 29 credits to do imei repair and it did correct,
then i did a hard reset on the modem and it took the old imei again,

i did the imei again with no charge of credits but after hard reset it does the same,
i am doing something wrong or it is mandatory not to do hard reset on it?
i need to know if it is with this model or any netgear i try to do imei will happen the same?
thank you

It is mandatory not to hard reset after repair, otherwise, it will restore old data. This does not happen to all models, but some behave like that.

You can only edit existing bands. Flash files maybe provided by the manufacturer, we do not have them.

No, you can see them only by reading the bands on the DC-unlocker or check with manufacturer.
