My account is locked once a week. Where is the problem?

Is there a possibility to change the password?

Resetting password won't solve this problem. PC lock now removed. Next time will have to wait for automatic 48h reset, then can switch computers.

PC lock was removed for it already previously, no option to do it again now. Will have to wait for automatic 48h reset, then can switch computers
