Hello

I've tried some many times to convert two devices to dual sim; operation says ok but still one sim

1st device is eva-l09 , I convert it to L29; and check dual sim mode but still one sim; and the second one is GRA-UL00

what's the problem please ?

Does it show 2 IMEIS? Does firmware support dual sim and has options for second sim in it's settings? Not every phone version will got to dual sim just by converting it's type.

I was able to convert mat 10 pro from single to dual sim, but now I can't , and I'm not the only one who get this problem

What's happened with this service since few days please ?

Nothing changed in our service for converting from single to dual sim. Please check settings and firmware compatibility for dual sims, compare their versions too...

For exemple:

When I'm trying now to convert mate 10 pro from single to dual; I've change it from L09 to L29 then when I'm looking for fimrware in your support I get this one

BLA-L09C_8.0.0.115(C432)_Firmware_Germany_Netherlands_ Italy_Switzerland_Nonspecific_Android_8.0.0_EMUI_8 .0.0_05014UYJ.APP

update_BLA-L29_8.0.0.115(C432)_hw_eu.APP

but phone is still single sim

Might be because firmware is BLA-L09 not BLA-L29.
