When I click "Read phone info", I get the error message "phone not found!" Member: 2946079 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | I have installed the drivers and also HiSuite but Hisuite does not find the phone as well. When phone is in MTP mode, my computer detects the phone correctly and I can access the files and in device manager is no error (only hisuite and HCU client don't find it). |

Member: 2023196 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1,892 | Right click on your device in device manage, select uninstall, reconnect to pc, put it in manufacture mode, it should reinstall drivers automatically if hisuite is installed. I suspect other drivers were installed or there is something wrong with manufacture mode insertion on mobile itself. |
