I connected the switched off Nokia G11 TA-1401 to the PC, but nothing happens, the PC does not react to the connection in any way. I can't activate SPD diag port

Test point needed for connect Nokia G11? Because when you connect the switched off phone to the PC, nothing happens, the phone just starts charging
