Member: 243543 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 |  Cannot buy a new licence I had an active UAT-Licence. Lost the licence (Tool-ID) because hdd crash. Now i want to buy new licence. At the UAT website at my account, i can login with old account but when i click "order again" i get the message: Enter your UAT Registerd E-Mail 1 item from your previous order is currently unavailable and could not be added to your cart. When i try to login in UAT i get the message Password is wrong. When i click on reset password no password reset email arrives. When i try to create a new account in UAT i get the message: Tool ID already taken. I have no way to buy a licence. What should i do? |
