Try to o the following: select "Device vendor: _GENERAL RESET FRP METHODS, "Device model: MTK GENERAL METHOD" and perform "Reset FRP" operation. Try to connect the device by the next way: power the phone off, press and hold "Vol-" (also try "Vol+" button) and connect USB cable. Post here the result.

This device is based on Qualcomm CPU.
