As we can see from software log, your firmware version is too high.

You should downgrade it via factory mode to 220 and then perform ''Reset Huawei ID'' operation.

Unfortunately, we do not have firmware for you

In case you perform write firmware operation risks are always present.

All operation with flashing firmware you do at your own risks.

support team finaly i found paid file JNY-L22 102.0.0.220(C636E4R5P4)_Firmware_EMUI12.0.0_05016N LS
was try flash but same result pls see log bellow its failed erase system and write system.
i was try flash only update base file only it was failed then try flash all 6 files also same result. what could be problem?? what mistake i did?>??

sir on this thread first post have reset huawei id log, last post flash 220 firmware log pls sir check it whats wrong i did, that as i seen after write ram disk its system file error start and say size mismatch pls help me sir.
