Maybe because he wants to answer you correctly because lots support but like always can exist variants/version that not support and you buy box because he writes you that phone is supported but you got in phone latest version that right now not work and will write everywhere that not work, with the exact version he can write you with 100% sure that something is added and working or not.

Not possible communication is by BOX no normal USB port.

Pandora box software need Pandora box Hardware so don't ask again for license activation on z3x sam or jtag

but if you not have any Z3x product you can buy Pandora and active what you need on it
