I have update my HWK today but now i have box error 20,and i dont now how to find req to update firmware,any body help me ?>

Nothing Solder / De-solder require to Fix it, Just open Box > unplug HWK module from Socket & Plug it again properly

Try to read HID

Then you need to reprogram your HWK module

I wonder if I get lic-fbi file from my reseller for my box will this sort this problem or will I have to buy one of these HWK repair dongles via USB ?

REQ - FBI file need when your HID live & giving BOX_AUTH_ERROR:20, 32 & 52

HWK REPAIR TOOL : Buy i-Pmart simple HWK Repair Tool - from IPmart.com

Or just buy all new HWKuFs box

just contact ur reseller , why ur hwk hid not in hwk update server??

@Mr.Ultimate ,

u also contact ur reseller for box reg-fbi process . do not use any third party hwk repair tool . only repair ur hwk with official way.
