I don't tell u to post ur hwk hid on any public forum , srinibas already explain it .only ur reseller can help u out . if hwk is in warranty period just replace from ur reseller .

offficial way is only repair hwk via reg-fbi process & update through official hwk update clint . but not all cases repair through software ( hardware issue) . lastly I also not from official support team better to ask product managers in their support thread.

to fix For BOX_AUTH_ERROR:20, 32 & 52. & update client can repair box eeprom. Not HWK module

Here point is When HWK show " not connected / Dead "

And fix By 3rd party tool ( Software ) . Officially it can fix also , but they start to not approve it bcoz of they want to sell new

HWK Team has also deleted my post regarding to Error 20. I just post the simplest solution to fix such kind of errors.
Hwk Team wants only to sale out the new ones.

Why do you use hwk, anyway??!

(For what, I mean)

Only usage is interface of ufs...

I did flash some Ericsson yrs back (P9xx series) ,but that's pretty much it...

Looks to me that users of hwk, here have more issues with pure fact, that they lost something they once paid and find usefull, rather than issue that fully functional hwk doesn't have anything to be used for...

HWk was great thing, while was alive.
