BE4 repair, reboot and auto power off?


Hi

I hope someone in this forum has come across a problem on the BE4
the phone reboots, auto power off, sometimes switches on, sometimes switches on but with no display or lights.

Has anyone come across such a fault and has some sought of a soltuion plz help me out.

it is version 138 amd 2mb.

hope someone can help

I have this problem too.
I tryed Flash Be4 Amd2Mb 136 phone with other 15flashes (some sw) but, no result :-(
Phone is crayzy.
May be i can repair first flash area with hex editor ?, how do this correctly?

hi

now that we no it is in the first bytes of the flash how can we repair it ?
does anyone no ?

or is an upgrade the only way to repair this.

One of my friend work in ALCATEL SERVICE CENTER and he have told me that this is an hard problem and he have resolved many many many 3xx resolding the ic power.

I have software for repair all software problems (work withou dongle) I exchange it for Pemaster 2.04 (also without dongle) for unlock and flash motorola phones with RoEMMI

I don't have board in this moment to look the name of component but i remember that is type GCAPII in motorola phones, resold it if you have infrared solder machine, if not desolder the ic reball it and resold on the board.

ho sure that can repair all software error but i think the problem is ic 10 on figure www.inside-gsm.com

P.s. : only for statistic i have sent in Alcatel service center one phone 303 whit same problem of REO, it had the guarantee and i don't have open it. When the phone is returned repaired, i have open it and I have tried to see if had been made soldering.
Under one IC Bga there was a lot of flux....number 10 on figure.
is it a case only?
