Alcatel HE1 v 251 help!!!! - GSM-Forum

Hi all
I am have a lock Alcatel with version 251. How unlock it?
Provider KPN Telecom. I am try unlock it with retrofit for HE,
read eeprom 0C - > 91 change it to 00, but phone
now lock and demand Subnetwork code. Help me please

Hi!
U made a mistake,first the adresses was from 0C to 0D and u must put FF FF or 00 00. But first u must writte on a paper what u have on that adresses cose if will don't work u must SUBTRACT, put on that adresses FFFF-(WHAT WAS WRITTEN THERE)!!

Tested by me many times:
Adress 0C:
EA change to 00
11, 31, 51, 91, B1 change to FF
15 change to EA

Simply make XOR 0xFF to the value in offsset 0x0C and phone is unlocked.

So zva if you previously had 0x91 in offsset 0x0C then put 0x6E and the phone will be free.
