I have firmware for relian sch-n191 not lock,with manual nam programing,this flash file can use for upgrade,181,182 to 191,test 100% fine ok,in my country Indonesia test in telkom.mobile-8.bakri Telecom indonesia.

just open phone read out eeprom using a pony programmer (24C256) and write to another N191, this is the easiest to get another N191, but if u want to clone to another brand handset then u have to use softwares to read/Write ESN etc... !!
