there are two ways
First to reset fully by putting the code *759#81358073
And other is to see the lock code bt putting *759#813580 then press 222222222222
after you see A then right after tne a first foud digit you get is the lock code of your 191
In this way you will not loose any data from your phone even last dial,phone book,SMS and any thing.

For Rel samsung N191 unlocking code is *759#813580wait till test comes then 73 and wait again till network goes then 02.It will restart and all data will be erased(Only the usr data).
ps:-Dont put the code 29 as it erase all the data like pri, prl, etc.(programming data)

i have all type of CDMA Unlocking software but tell me
after some time i have some problem
after copy MIN / ESN
my mobile are not working
my orignal mobile is working
but other mobile where MIN /ESN are copying is not working
incoming is working but outgoing R WORLD rCONNECT
are not woring
answare macine asking CONTECT CUSTOMER CARE FOR RECIVING SERVICE

give me solution if anybody have solutions

i give him ALL CDMA SOFTWARE
like : -
patagonia
qpst
kpst
lgpst
etc..
