Got a 3310 which has no sound when you push the keys but has sound on ringer and it still vibrates, also will take call's but not make calls dial number and just when you get a though it cut's off.

Have you checked the microphone ear piece ?

try to upgrade ur software with a box,,,if this not help i think u may have hardware problem......

Yeh did the upgrade but still the same,so hardware fault.
