3610 restart,, Please Help ...

Hi, i Have 3610 which restarts randomly, and after sometime shows contact service, I have erased the whole memory from 0200000 to 005FFFFF and flashed the phone with mcu,ppm,pmm using ufs rebuild IMEI done UI reset, FAID,factory defaults.
But still The prob may be hardware i wanna help from You guys on this ..
Please Help me.
