Nokia 3310 dead? - GSM-Forum

Nokia 3310 was running perfectly and suddenly when it was laying on the table it turned off. Now phone doesn't start and when I try to flash it, it says "phone ram is bad". I don't know what's happened. How should I repair it?
Please help.

Hi..........

Reflow with some flux:
ccont,flash,ram,then try to install a new flash sw

I don't know what are you talking about...what doesn't mean "flux"? What should I exactly do? Please tell me step by step.

Hi......

Use solder past &put it on the ic that you want to reflow,then heat the correspond ic using a hot air ****er the solder past (flux) help you to rsolder the damaged ball under the BGA ic,when you finish try to flash the phone again.
