Member: 7482 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 24 | Please help to UPGRADE 8210 to 8290 !!! Is it possible to upgrade 8210 to 8290 my friends? I have done with a flash file from 200000 to 3d0000 and i continued with virgin EEPROM of 8290 BUT i am getting ' CONTACT SERVICE ' on screen. What can i do? I upgraded my 8210 to 8250 , 8850 and even to 8890. And now i want to try it for 8290. Please can anyone help me to find FULL flash from 200000 to 400000 of 8290 Or, Help me to upgrade my 8210 to 8290 Please help !!!!!!!!!!!! [email protected] |

Member: 10585 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hi PPL! You can't upgrade your 8210 to a 8210 cause the 8290 works on a different frequency and different standard.8210 is for GSM 900/1800 MHz and 8290 only for 1900 MHz. Greetz D from G! |
