Strange problem 8210,8890 - GSM-Forum

Hello Guys
hi all
i have 8210,8890, display show is contact servis, i look using soft
nokiatool imei is good, 4 lock is locked (fffff,eeee,ffff,eeee).
i'm fullflashing my phone low version 8210v526,8890v1215. but nothing, no result. turn on phone in display is show CONTACT
SERVIS. i can't look INSERT SIM CARD. How fix my problem?
Or this is Hardware problem?
please help me

try upload a new eeprom than flash again the mcu + ppm.
