hi all ,

dct4 flasher hard lock ( dongle lpt + usb) not working on laptop Compaq Armada m700

i instal softdog sonnyericsson oki no probleme but for the dct4 flasher , is not working "dongle not connect"


this dongle dct4 work without any problem on my desktop

Hi,
i think problem comes form power supply from USB try to add some external power supply to USB or change LPT setting in BIOS
/ECP or EPP ! /

ouais merci frenchi , javais deja eu des prob lpt quand je flasher avec dejan 1.04 en faite une fois que le telephone ets allumé , le lpt marche plus ,

le dongle ericsson aussi en lpt+usa lui il fonctionne par contre c bizare non ? je sias kil y a une couille avec le port lpt de compaq armada , jai mis le patch lpt floppy drive mais ca change rien ...je vais essayé en branchant le portable sur courant mais je rois pas

merci quand meme pour l'aide mec

I've had this problem with Dejan box long time ago.
The problem is caused by non-standard LPT port of M700, not all of the pins 18-25 are GND - few of them contain +5V.
Also other Compaq notebooks (like Evo N600c) may cause the same problem.
