please tell me what solution with 1100 power off after 30 second i flash it but it's the same
i thik that every body have this problem

why change UEM?
no other DCT4 have this problem!
isn't a software problem? try again with another version there are 1100 & 1100b ! don't destroy the PCB while removing UEM glue there are 90% chances to destroy the pcb if you don't remove or disolve the glue! then if you change UEM you need .rpl file... to write uem!

change uem ic only set 100% ok

Erase + full flash before change uem ,goodluck
