you ckeck the fuse ???
because if the fuse ok its uem prob

if fuse was ****n you would get no response to charger at all, the current would not be introduced to the phone...

there is maybe 4 components you can check/replace before charger current reaches UEM, i think diode V100 is most cause of the fault but also there is two capacitor and one inductor...

after you chek these component, please check UEM..

but first action should be calibrate phone, so write a good working PM file using your best flasher tool/box.
