3210 water damaged - GSM-Forum

Need help I cleaned the board of any foreign objects and residue and got power running I know because when i press switch it vibrates .There is no display and the LED does not light up. What could be the problem. Any help is appreciated.

hi, you could try to rework (reball) the power ic. it worked for me, goodluck.

before anything else, clean first the unit by ultrasonic cleaner.
If you have none, wash it with running tap water. dry it immediately with hot air rework system with moderate temp.

Note some parts are moist sensitive like HAGAR.
In NSM manual, some parts are even baked.
