Which tool you used for Flash.

After flash click on repair Bt then make ui setting

Type *#2820#.you will see bt adress of your phone.
1)if bt adress is empty you have problem with bt module.
2)The second type problem is with software If bt adres is not empty.

Change Complete Bt module not only bt ic
after changing bt module

flash mobile.

repair bt then ui default.
